Shipping costs

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5. For shipping costs to other countries, please refer to the following list:

European Union + Switzerland:
€10 flat rate

USA + Canada:
€35 flat rate

Australia:
€75 flat rate

Remaining countries:
€30 flat rate

Shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia is carried out by DHL or UPS delivery services.

Note on orders from the United Kingdom:

Please note that we can only deliver orders to Great Britain with a minimum order value (net product value excluding shipping costs) of €175 (approx. £147). We appreciate your understanding.

Note on orders from non-EU countries:

For orders shipped abroad, import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are collected by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. You can inquire about more detailed information at your local customs office.

For orders placed via our website www.pils-rasur.de, we ship worldwide. Our deliveries and services are provided as quickly as possible, but no later than within five working days after you have fulfilled your payment obligation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise or a different delivery period is explicitly stated on the respective product page. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided that this is reasonable for you and necessary for prompt processing.
